棉花新品种数量性状因子分析与聚类研究

摘　　要：对河南省2004年13个春棉区试品种,包括产量和纤维品质共15个性状指标进行因子分析结果表明,前4个公因子对所考察性状变异的累计方差贡献率达82.75%,反映了所有性状绝大部分信息,根据各品种在各公因子上的得分值,将13个供试品种从产量和品质的差异聚为5大类。并对各类品种的改良目标的针对性进行了讨论。Factor analysis method was applied to study 15 characteristic indexes of the 13 spring cotton zones in Henan Province in 2004, with cotton yield and fiber quality in all included. The result showed that the cumulative total variance rate of the previous 4 common factors, which reflected most of the characteristic information, to the tested characteristic varieties amounted to 82.75%. Five groups had been clustered of the thirteen tested varieties from the differences in yield and quality according to the scores of the varieties on the common factors respectively. The target to improve every variety had been identified.
