摘　　要：对沼气压缩机润滑油变质失效问题进行了系统诊断分析,从设备、工艺、失效润滑油理化检测、沼气组分特性、润滑油特点出发,分析了其内部缺陷。结合容积压缩机工作特点,对工艺流程、润滑油选配进行了改进。When do the industrial test on the marsh gas, find two marsh gas compressors can not work normally, the deteriorate problem about N68 diesters synthetic lubricant is serious. This paper diagnoses and analyzes the problem systematically from detecting the plant, the process design, the failure lubricant physical and chemical inspection, the components nature and the features of lubricant. In the end, the paper improves the process design and the lubricant select combined with the compressor＇s features.
