摘 要:目的:调查了解北京市城区120急救网络救护车反应能力,分析其影响制约因素,并探讨解决方法。方法:采用问卷对2006年8月17日-9月17日所有执行日常急救任务的救护车进行调查。结果:北京市城区救护车道路平均行驶时间为11.55 min,平均抢救距离为5.82 km,不同地区、不同出车时间的救护车行驶速度和抢救距离有统计学差异。结论:北京市城区院前急救反应能力不够理想,反应时间过长,抢救距离过大,难以满足市民医疗急救需要,急需研究探讨解决措施。Objective: To investigate the capacity of reaction for emergency in Beijing, analyze the influence factors and explore methods in order to resolving this problem. Methods: A survey on all the ambulances on-duty in Beijing from 17th Aug to 17th Sep 2006 was conducted by self-made questionnaires. Results: The average time of ambulance traveled for rescure in Beijing was 11.55 minutes, the average mileage is 5.82 km. There were statistically significant differences in terms of the areas and time respectively. Conclusion: The capacity of reaction for emergency in Beijing was far from being idea, both the reaction time and mileage of ambulance were too long. It is difficult to satisfy the needs of citizen for health, it is time for the relevant authorities to search for appropriate methods and solve this problem.
