摘  要:目的在临床应用前对瓦里安Eclipse三维治疗计划系统(3D-TPS)进行参数测量与验证。方法用三维水箱和辐射剂量仪检测3D—TPS所需的临床参数,并将测量结果输入到3D-TPS中,验证其符合程度;在射野内用电离室测量水箱中感兴趣的四处点刺量,并确定出电子束“虚源”位置;最后分别验证3D-TPS中计算剂量和电子束“虚源”位置(即有效源皮距)的实测值与计划值之间的符合性。结果3D-TPS的计算曲线与瓦里安Clinac 23EX直线加速器上实测参数曲线符合度好;实测剂量与3D-TPS计算剂量的相对误差在-0.55%-1.12%之间,平均误差为0.66%;电子束“虚源”中的有效源皮距实测值与瓦里安公司提供的有效源皮距参考值之间的相对误差在1.27%~1.86%之间,平均误差为1.62%:结论瓦里安Eclipse 3D—TPS能很好地满足三维适形及调强放射治疗的临床需要。Objective To measure and verify the system parameters for VARIAN Eclipse 3D-TPS before clinical application. Methods Measuring the clinical parameters for 3D-TPS by 3D water tank and dose meter system, and inputing the parameters into 3D-TPS for verifying the accordance between measured values and planned values. Four points dose were measured in the axis of water tank in order to verify the accuracy of the planned dose. The position of virtual source ( effective SSD or virtual SSD) was also pointed out in electron beam. Finally the accuracy of the reference virtual SSD was verified. Result Measured curve was consistent with planned curve about the parameter of Eclipse 3D-TPS. Relative differents between measured dose and planned dose were within - 0. 55% - 1. 12% , average difference was 0.66% ; Relative differences between the measured virtual SSD and the reference virtual SSD of VARIAN company were within 1.27% - 1.86% ,mean difference was 1.62%. Conclusion Eclipse 3D-TPS of VARIAN could be applied to 3D-CRT and IMRT in clinic very well.
