摘  要:两种不同来源地的卤虫(Artemia sp.)卵经卫星搭载空间诱变返回地面后分别与地面对照组进行了孵化速度、孵化率、生长速度、存活率及怀卵量的比较试验.结果表明:国产卤虫搭载组孵化速度明显快于对照组,而孵化率、生长速度、存活率及怀卵量差异不显著;美国产卤虫搭载组与对照组孵化速度相差不大、存活率差异不显著,但搭载组孵化率和怀卵量均显著高于对照组,而生长速度低于对照组.实验结果表明,经空间诱变的卤虫在生长发育等方面与对照组相比具有明显的差异,空间诱变表现随机,诱变方向具有不确定性.The mutated Artemia eggs of two different strains with outer space exposure were compared with the control ones on the Earth respectively, in terms of incubation time, hatchability, growth rate, survival rate and fecundity. The results indicated that the domestic Artemia after space exposure had a significantly shorter incubation time than the control except for the other 4 parameters. There was no noticeable difference in both incubation time and survival rate between the American Artemia, and the exposured had a much higher hatching rate and better fecundity with lower growth rate. It was concluded that there was significant difference in growth and development between the space-exposed Artemia and the control groups. The mutations showed with a random pattern of no specific direction
