摘　　要：目的:观察无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤手术治疗与非手术治疗的效果。方法:14例中行手术治疗的6例,非手术治疗的8例。取术后1月JOA评分与手术前比较。结果:按照JOA评分标准,手术组的改善率明显高于非手术组。结论:无骨折脱位型颈髓损伤手术治疗可以获得较好的临床结果。Objective：To compare the therapeutic effect of surgical intervention and non-surgical procedure in treatment of cervical spinal cord injury in absence of fracture and dislocation. Methods：The clinical data of 14 cases, among which 6 received surgical treatment and 8 were undergone non-surgical procedure, without fracture and dislocation were reviewed in terms of JOA score before operation and one month after operation. Results ： By JOA scoring, the effect of surgical treatment was superior to that of non-surgical intervention. Conclusion ： Surgical intervention in treatment of cervical spinal cord injury in absence of fracture and dislocation can be satisfied.
