摘　　要：目的：探讨城市社区30-70岁居民血脂水平及血脂异常的患病率，分析其流行病学分布特征，为采取有效的干预对策和措施提供依据。方法：采用流行病学现况调查方法，用分层整群抽样抽取年龄在30岁以上的居民进行问卷调查和实验室检查。结果：城市社区30-70岁居民的血脂异常患病率较高。趋势X^2检验表明，除男性低HDLC血症外，男女高TC血症、高TG血症、高LDLC血症的患病率有随年龄增加的趋势；而女性低HDLC血症出现明显低龄化的趋势。TC、TG、LDLC水平随年龄增加而增加，50岁以前，男性TC、TG和LDLC的水平高于女性；50岁以后，女性则高于男性。结论：城市居民血脂异常的防治工作十分迫切，通过对行为生活方式干预，加强重点人群的监测，开展以社区为基础的健康教育，引导人们建立健康生活方式，科学合理饮食、加强体育锻炼、控制体重、提高居民健康知识水平，是控制血脂异常的关键性措施。Objective： To investigate the prevalence of lipid disorders in urban population between the ages of 30 and 70 years for providing the basis with available intervention measures. Methods ： By epidemiologic crcoss-sectional investigation, residents aged over 30 were .selected with stratified cluster sampling for questionnaire response and laboratory examination as well. Results：The prevalence rate was high in urban population, and the X^2trend analysis showed that both male and female dwellers were in higher risk factors of hypercholesterolaemia, hypertriglyceridemia, low HDL and high LDL except for low HDLC in males, and the low HDLC tended to be seen in younger females. Levels of TC, TG and LDLC rose with ages in both sexes, also the TC, TG and LDLC level in males younger than 50 years was higher than that of females and vice versa in women. Conclusion： Prevention of lipid disorders in population of urban communities seem to be in urgent situation. The key measures such as healthy living style and foods, aggressive exercise, body balance, education of health may be effective in reducing the disorders.
