摘 要:以高亲水性的纤维素中空纤维膜组件为膜接触器,NaOH溶液为萃取剂,乙硫醇/正辛烷体系为模拟油品,进行了硫醇硫的脱除实验。考察了萃取剂种类、萃取剂浓度、油/碱体积比、萃取相流量及油相流量对硫醇脱除率和总传质系数的影响,并采用数学模型对实验结果进行了初步分析。其中,采用3%(wt)的NaOH作为萃取剂时,油相主体传质为控制步骤。结果表明,该膜接触器可长时间稳定工作,得到油品中硫醇硫含量低于10μg·g-1;萃取液中含油量小于3mg·L-1。A hollow fiber membrane contactor consisted of highly hydrophilic asymmetric cellulose ultra-filtration membrane was used to remove the mercaptan (RSH) from simulated gasoline (RSH/n-octane system) via extraction. Effects of operation conditions including extractant species, its flowrate and concentration, feed flowrate and volume ratio of feed to extractant (0.5-3) on RSH removal efficiency and overall mass transfer coefficient were investigated. The experiment results indicate that the oil film resistance controls the overall mass transfer process when 3%(wt) NaOH solution is employed as extractant. Furthermore, the overall mass transfer coefficient increases with increasing extractant concentration and feed flowrate, while remains constantly with increasing extractant flowrate and volume ratio of feed to extractant. After treated with above membrane-based extraction, a high RSH removal efficiency over 99% could be achieved with almost no oil loss; the sulfur content in the mercaptan removed simulated gasoline is less than 10 μg.g^-1. Finally, the operation process of the fiber membrane contactor shows excellent stability.
