摘  要:在交联的聚苯乙烯微球上,以丁二酸酐为酰基化试剂,通过Friedel-Crafts酰基化反应,制得脂肪族羧基弱酸型阳离子交换树脂。该脂肪族羧基树脂较芳香族羧基树脂有一定的手臂长度、位阻小,易于和其它物质反应。相对于水解聚丙烯酸酯可改善其内部羧基残留及水解条件难以控制、担载量不确定等不足。讨论了溶剂体系及用量、反应时间、催化剂用量、酰基化试剂用量等对反应的影响。通过对反应条件的优化,得到在交换容量为0~3.50mmol·g-1的范围可定量控制的脂肪族弱酸型阳离子交换树脂。该方法可用于色谱预装柱填料的制备。A kind of aliphatic carboxyl weak acid cation exchange resin was prepared with crosslinked polystyrene and succinic anhydride by Friedel-Crafts acetylation reaction. This carboxyl weak acid cation exchange resin has a longer chain connecting with carboxyl than that of aromatic carboxyl weak acid cation exchange resin, and the former is easier to react with other compounds because its satiric hindrance is weaker. This aliphatic carboxyl weak acid cation exchange resin preparation method improves many defects that the conventionally used preparation method (hydrolyzing acrylate method) has, such as having the carboxyl remaining inside the resin, hard to control the hydrolytic condition and the loading of carboxyl, etc.. The effects of the kind and amount of solvent used, reaction time and the amount of catalyst and acetylation reagent on the reaction were studied. By optimizing and controlling the reaction conditions, the carboxyi loading of the prepared aliphatic carboxyl weak acid cation exchange resin could be quantitatively controlled in the range of 0-3.50 mmol.g^-1. By the way, the filling material of chromatographic column could be prepared by this method.
