摘　　要：认真做好大学生思想政治教育工作,是高校的一项重要而紧迫的任务,其成效如何,不仅直接关系到大学生的成长成才和高校所培养人才的综合素质,从长远看,更关系到社会主义和谐社会建设的顺利推进,关系到中国特色社会主义事业的兴衰成败。充分认识大学生思想政治教育工作的极端重要性,坚持教书育人、管理育人、服务育人、实践育人、环境育人,构建全方位的思想政治教育机制,是提高大学生思想政治教育成效的迫切需要。It is a very important to grasp the ideological and political education of college students. Whether we can do it well directly relates to the comprehensive quality of the talents colleges cultivate, and in the long run, relates to the construction of a harmonious society and the right carrying out of the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is in the most need that we fully understand the importance of ideological and political education and construct an all - round education form in teaching, management, service, practice and environment.
