摘　　要：对新闻侵害名誉权的基本问题如概念、表现形式、构成要件等以及归责原则作一论述,同时为了促进新闻事业的顺利展开,提出新闻媒介的免责事由,希望能有助于名誉侵权案件的审理和责任的认定。This thesis trys to makc a research on the main points of abovementioned tort, such as tire correlating concept, form of general elements and its imputation principles, as well as pointing the conditions of exemption from responsibity for newpaper industry, in the hope of giving some suggestions of hearing such lawsuits and deciding its liability.
