摘 要:基于排污口最优处理规划,引入水质模型运行参数的区间值,建立两组费用函数和约束方程,求解模型后,建立费用和水质约束的隶属函数,并采用模糊判决,最后对南淝河水质系统进行模糊决策分析。应用不确定模糊线性规划模型,对合肥市南淝河进行水污染控制的不确定模糊规划,得出各排放口治污系数和污水处理费用的区间优化解,其结果具有弹性且精度较高,可为南淝河水质规划提供参考。Based on the best planning of discharge outlet,the interval range values of water environment operating parameters were introduced,two groups of cost and constriction equations were built up,and then the inexact fuzzy linear programming of river water system was established with the fuzzy factors being introduced in the constraint equations.Using this model,the inexact fuzzy programming of water pollution control over the south Feihe river in the city of Hefei is carried out,optimum interval solutions to the treatment coefficient and the expense of various sewage outlets are obtained.The results are comparatively accurate and stretchy,which may be helpful to the water quality planning for the south Feihe river.
