摘 要:目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定芎菊上清丸(大蜜丸)中黄芩苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Waters Spheri-sorb ODS2柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(46:54:0.2),流速0.8ml/min,检测波长277nm。结果:黄芩苷在4.960×10^-3~0.248mg/ml浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为96.6%,RSD为1.1%。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于芎菊上清丸的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the determination of baicalin in Xiongju Shangqing Pills. METHODS The separation was performed on a ODS column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm) with methanol - water - phosphoric acid(46: 54: 0.2) as the mobile phase. The wavelength of detection was 277 nm and the flow rate was 0.8 ml/min. RESULTS There was a good linearity over the concentration range of 4. 960×10^-3 -0.248 mg/ml, the average recoveries was 96.6% with relatively standard deviations of 1.1%. CONCLUSION This method is simple accurate and stable, it can be used for the quality control of Xiongju Shangqing Pills.
