摘　　要：针对重介选煤生产线的控制,提出基于生产流程的设计方法,并采用西门子S7-300系列PLC与上位机实现。先给出控制系统的硬件配置,结合重介选煤的生产流程,从工艺过程和设备流程两方面进行说明。通过上位机组态软件介绍现场数据采集与实时监控。实践证明,整个方案提高了控制系统的可靠性及适应性,便于系统性能的提升,运行效果良好。To control the production line of dense medium coal prepa- ration, a new design scheme is proposed based on the production flow and is accomplished by SIEMENS S7 -300 PLC and a computer station system. In this paper, the hardware configuration of the control system is introduced. Combined with the production flow of the dense medium coal preparation, the methodology is described from two aspects, the technical procedure and the facilities flow. The spots data acquisition and the real time monitoring are analyzed through configuration software on the computer station. The scheme increases the reliability and the adaptability of the control system which improves the system ＇s performance. The whole system is proved to work fairly well.
