摘　　要：介绍了一个三维的自动分布光度计的结构,叙述了测量各种LED发光强度的空间分布和确定LED发出的总功率或总光通量。光探测器是其光谱响应定过标的硅光电二极管,它的运动是利用两个步进电机带动的框架,构画出以半径为0.3m的空想球面,测量结果以极坐标表示,且极坐标的分辨力为0.01°。给出了LED测量结果的配光曲线,获得的LED总光通量或总辐射通量可作为积分球测量的定标依据。A three-dimensional auto-gonioradiometer for the measurement of LED spatial power distributions is described and the determination of total power are reported. A silicon photodiode with known spectral responsivity is used as detector. The detector is moved by two frames to give a fantasy sphere with a radius of 0.3m, measurement results are indicated with polar coordinate, and it＇s resolution is 0. 01°. The luminous intensity distribution curves as measuring result are gave for two kinds of LED. The total power or luminous intensity gained are calibrated as reference standards of integral sphere.
