摘　　要：通过对某400 m3/h绞吸式挖泥船泥泵吸入性能进行研究,指出了原泥泵的不足,并提出双泵串联的方案对该泥泵进行技术改造,使其挖深达18 m,排距3000 m,疏浚能力达1250 m3/h.The shortcomings of the submerged dredge pump of 400 m^3/h cutter suction dredgers are pointed out based on researching its suction capacity; technical innovations are carried out to submerged dredge pump of 400 m^3/h cutter suction dredgers by two pumps in series; so that it satisfies a dredging depth of 18m,spoiling distance of 3 000 m and dredging capacity of 1 250 m^3/h.
