摘 要:端面齿设计的传统方法是采用手册中提供的近似设计方法,按传统的方法加工端面齿,需要把端面齿安装在分度头上,使用成形角度盘铣刀铣齿槽。加工精度受到铣刀精度和分度头精度的限制。若推导出端面齿齿形的精确计算公式,摒弃手册中提供的近似设计方法,利用Pro/ENG INEER软件,通过扫描混合的方法完成端面齿的三维参数化设计,从理论上保证齿形设计精度,为数控加工提供精确的模型。In traditional way, the design of the meshing clutch adopts the approximate design method from the design manual, and in the manufacture procedure, the meshing clutch workpiece must be held on the dividing head and the angular cutter must be used to machine teeth slot. Thus, the machining precision of meshing clutch is lower because it is influenced by the precision of the angular cutter and the dividing head. This paper deduces the accurate calculating formula of the teeth shape of the meshing clutch, which takes the place of the approximate design method from design manual. With the formula, the teeth shape of the meshing clutch is created by the swept blend method of Pro/ENGINEER software, which offers the accurate mould for NC machining.
