摘　　要：为了对邯郸市高级人才有全面了解,为邯郸市政府有关部门决策提供科学的依据,通过抽样调查、座谈的方式,对邯郸市的硕士、博士总体生活和工作状况进行了调查,调查发现,比较突出的问题是,邯郸市的硕士、博士的总体数量偏少,收入偏低,本身的科研能力有限,在工作满意度方面,博士对工作的满意度尤其较低,主要不满意的方面是科研条件较差。邯郸市要针对以上薄弱环节,采取切实可行措施,实现邯郸市经济在未来的可持续发展。To learn comprehensively the senior talents ＇living status and provide reference for government＇ s decisionmaking, through samping survey and personel visiting, we made a survey on the living and working status of the masters and doctors, and results indicates that the major problems are that compared to the avergae level of our whole country＇, the total quantity of masters and doctors is small and the their income is low＇, in additon, the condition for conducting science and reserch is limited. When job- satisfaction is concemed, doctors＇ job satisfaction is especialy low. The main problem is the condition for conducing science and reserchis limited. Facing the above problems, Handan city should take feasible measures to realize the sustainable develoment in the future.
