摘　　要：本文介绍了数控机床回参考点的控制原理及各种故障形式,并结合具体事例对故障现象进行分析、诊断及排除。数控机床回参考点的故障分析是在其确定了回参考点方式下准确诊断出来的,从而保证数控机床正常可靠地运行。This paper introduced the control principle of NC machine tool reference point return and all kinds of fault form and regularity. Through actual examples, the faults were analyzed, diagnosed and excluded. The fault of return reference point on CNC machine tool is accurately diagnosed by determining the form of reference point return. Thus the NC machine tool can be guaranteed to run smoothly and reliably.
