摘  要:目的观察虚拟现代战争模拟教室对参加海训学员血清可溶性肿瘤坏死因子受体-1(sTNFR-1)和T淋巴细胞rDNA转录活性的影响。方法使用高科技的音像设备如PD3+投影仪、环形屏幕、高保真音响、动感座椅等,现代高科技三维动画技术制作形象逼真影片,建成虚拟现代战场环境的学员训练教室。选择海训学员82名,随机分为实验组40名、对照组42名,实验组进行虚拟现代战场环境的体验训练,分别采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)和核仁形成区相关蛋白银染技术对两组学员海训前后血清sTNFR-1水平和外周血T淋巴细胞rDNA转录活性进行对比检测。结果虚拟现代战场环境给参训人员以身临战场所接受的听觉、视觉、触觉的刺激与训练。海训后实验组学员血清sTNFR-1和外周血T淋巴细胞rDNA转录活性均无明显性变化(P>0.05);而对照组学员血清sTNFR-1明显增高(P<0.05),外周血T淋巴细胞rDNA转录活性则明显降低(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现代战争环境训练可提高军校学员在军事应激条件下的适应能力和机体免疫功能。Objective To observe the changes of transcription activity of serum soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor - 1 ( sTNFR - 1 ) and T - lymphocytes rDNA in peripheral blood of marine training soldiers. Methods The modern battlefield virtual training center classroom for the military medicine university students was were set up by using high technological equipment such as PDF3 + projecter , annular curtain, high character sound instruments, dynamic passenger cabin and modern three - dimensional animated cartoon technique. 82 students of the Second Military Medical Universty who took part in marine training were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group consisted of 443 students and control group consisted of 42 students . The students in the observation group were given pre - practise physiological traing : with virnal modern battlefield virtual traing. The levels of serum sTNFR - 1 and T - lymphocytes rDNA transcription activity in peripheral blood of two groups were determined and analysed before and after the military exercise by ELISA and a cell image analysis of AgNORs. Results Virual modern battlefield environment can imitate high scientic technique war scene, by which, the traing receivers' sense of hearing, visua and tactile sensation can be given . as if they participating in a real war. There were not significantly changes of the levels of serum sTNFR - 1 and T - lymphocytes rDNA transcription activity between before and after exercise in the observation group(P 〉0.05). The level of serum sTNFR- 1were significant increased and that of T- lymphocytes rDNA transcription activity was reduced after exercise in the control group. (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The modern battlefield virtual traing can give the students a benign adjust to military stress and inprove their immune function.
