伤寒Vi多糖菌苗接种率与甲型副伤寒爆发的生态学研究

摘　　要：目的探讨伤寒Vi多糖菌苗接种率与甲型副伤寒爆发的关系。方法将广西1995-2004年间甲型副伤寒爆发和伤寒Vi多糖疫苗使用情况等数据进行描述性分析,将甲型副伤寒爆发次数和伤寒Vi多糖疫苗接种率及使用时间进行Poisson regression分析。结果甲型副伤寒爆发次数和伤寒Vi多糖疫苗接种率及使用时间呈正相关关系。结论甲型副伤寒爆发流行与伤寒Vi多糖疫苗接种有关。Objective To analyze the correlation between paratyphoid A fever outbreak and typhoid polysaeeharide Vi vaccine coverage. Methods The outbreak of paratyphoid A fever and Vi vaccine coverage by city/county during 1995 to 2004 in Guangxi province were analyzed by descriptive study. The correlation between the number of paratyphoid A outbreak and typhoid polysaccharide Vi vaccine coverage, the year of introduction of vaccine was explored through Poisson regression Results The number of paratyphoid A outbreak and typhoid polysaccharide Vi vaccine coverage was found to have a significant positive correlation. Conclusion Paratyphoid A outbreak is correlated with typhoid polysaccharide Vi vaccination.
