摘　　要：综述中西医对膈肌疲劳的认识,总结近几年来国内外学者对膈肌疲劳的研究,认为到目前为止,西医对膈肌疲劳的研究已经很深入,但仍然存在很多问题,相关机制研究尚不十分明了;对膈肌疲劳的中医中药相关研究较少,应加大中医中药研究治疗膈肌疲劳,注重中西医结合,为预防和治疗膈肌疲劳提供最佳选择。The status of treatment of diaphragmatic fatigue with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine has been reviewed to summarize the results abtained at home and abroad in recently years. So far there are still problems in the study of diaphragmatic fatigue including the mechanisms, etc. Thus the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on diaphragmatic fatigue and or combined with Western medicine be explored.
