摘　　要：农村青少年,是社会主义新农村建设的中坚力量。其伦理道德状况,将直接关系到新农村建设事业的成败。笔者以怀化学院大学生"三下乡"社会实践活动为依托,对农村青少年的伦理道德状况进行了全面细致的调查研究,分析其原因、影响,并根据农村青年的两个年龄段分别提出了改善其伦理道德状况的建议,力求为农村青少年的道德伦理教育提供翔实的数据及有效的改善措施,从而促进新农村建设。The young people in rural areas are the main force of new countryside construction. Their ethical situation will have a bearing on the successful cause of new countryside construction. BaSed on “San Xia Xiang”—the social practice—of Huaihua College students, this paper makes an overall and thorough investigation of the ethics of the teenagers in rural areas, analyzing its causes,effects and putting forward suggestions. These suggestions provide detailed statistics and effective countermeasures for the education the younger generation＇s ethics in rural areas which can greatly promote the construction of the new countryside.
