粮食综合性收入补贴政策的研究评述及分析

摘　　要：2004年以来,我国出台了一系列的粮食支持政策,其中粮食直接补贴和农资综合直补构成了综合性收入补贴政策体系。国内外对综合性收入补贴的研究主要集中在政策目标、政策效果、实施中突出问题、专项补贴与综合性收入补贴关系等方面。本文通过文献综述的方法,对这些焦点问题进行综合分析,为后续的相关研究提供引导和参考。Since 2004, China has promulgated a series of grain support polices, including directgrain subsidy and comprehensive direct subsidy to agricultural production materials, which have formed the comprehensive income subsidy policy system. Studies about that in domestic and oversea focus on policy target, policy effect, existing problems and relation between special subsidy and comprehensive income subsidy. By means of literature review, this paper, anaiyses systematically these focuses in order to lead to further researches in this field.
