摘　　要：目的检测C3H/HeJ和C3H/SW小鼠感染肠出血性大肠杆菌(EHEC:O157)后肾细胞凋亡,并探讨thl4基因突变对肾细胞凋亡的影响。方法流式细胞术(FCM)检测C3H/HeJ和C3H/SW小鼠感染EHEC:O157后肾细胞凋亡率,采用SPSS11.0统计软件分析结果。结果C3H/HeJ小鼠肾细胞凋亡率明显高于C3H/SW小鼠,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小鼠感染EHEC:O157后肾细胞凋亡与thl4基因突变相关。Objective To detect apoptosis of renal cells in mice C3H/HeJ and C3H/SW infected with EHEC： O157 and to search for the effect of mutation of gene th14 on apoptosis of renal cells. Methods The apoptosis of renal cells in mice infected with EHEC： O157 was detected by Flow Cytometry Method （FCM）. The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 10. 0 software. Results The apoptosis rate of renal cells in C3H/HeJ mice was faster than that in C3H/SW mice. And the difference was significant. Conclusions The apoptosis of renal cells in mice infected with EHEC：O157 was associated with mutation of gene th14.
