摘　　要：以玻璃为基片先涂覆一层脱模层,再以溶胶-凝胶涂膜法在其表面涂覆TiO2薄膜,经丙酮浸泡后得到片状粉末。试验考察了影响溶胶形成及最后片状粉末形貌的一些因素。XRD及SEM结果表明,片状粉末于400℃煅烧3h后为锐钛矿型,具有明显片状结构,粒径小于60μm,厚度约为1μm。The flat glass substrates were precoated with a resin releasing agent, then coated with TiO2 by sol - gel method. The flaky powder was obtained by immersing the coat in acetone. Some factors effecting the formation of sol and morphology of flake powder were discussed. The XRD and SEM results showe that flake TiO2 powder calcined at 400℃ is composed of anatase type phase with a size below 60μm,and thickness of about 1μm.
