女性海洛因依赖者美沙酮维持治疗前后月经变化及相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的分析女性海洛因滥用患者参加美沙酮维持治疗后月经周期及相关情况的变化。方法采用自制的"美沙酮维持治疗患者月经变化调查表",对西安市美沙酮维持治疗门诊参加美沙酮维持治疗的84例女性海洛因滥用患者进行月经周期及相关因素变化调查。结果治疗前月经周期正常15例(17.8%),周期延长43例(51.2%),缩短13例(15.5%),闭经13例(15.5%),经量增多23例(27.4%),经量减少34例(40.5%),痛经25例(29.8%)。治疗后月经周期正常70例(83.3%),经量正常52例(61.9%)。有22.6%参加治疗的女性一年内有生育打算。结论女性美沙酮维持治疗患者月经状况好于治疗前,有助于提高患者生存质量。Objective To analyze the variations of menstrual cycle and other related informations of hereindependence women before and after Methadone maintenance treatment （MMT）. Methods 84 heroin-dependence women were asked to answer the self-designed questionaire about menstrual variations of heroin addicts. Resuits Before MMT, the menstrual cycle of 15 cases （17.8%） was normal, 43 cases （51.2%） was lengthened, 13 cases（15.5%） was shortened, the menstrual volume of 23 cases（27.4%） was increased, 34 cases（40.5%） was reduced, 13 cases （15.5%） suppressed menstruation, 25 cases （29.8%） had dysmenorrhea. After MMT, 70 eases （83.3%） recovered normal menstrual cycle, 52 cases recovered normal menstrual volume. Conclusion The variations of menstrual cycle and other related informations of heroin-dependence women are better after MMT.
