摘　　要：目的了解护理干预对乳腺癌患者放射期间的心理影响。方法对我院收治的100例放射治疗的乳腺癌患者采用随机分2组方法,对50例实验组患者放疗期间采用护理程序全程进行心理干预。并将实验组患者SAS(焦虑自评量表)和SDS(抑郁自评量表)自评值与对照组比较。结果实验组患者进行护理干预后SAS和SDS值和对照组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论对乳腺癌患者放射治疗期间进行全程心理干预可以减轻患者治疗期间的心理压力及副作用,顺利完成治疗计划,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the influence of nursing interference on patients of breast cancer during radiotherapy. Methods Questionnaires were applied to 100 patients of breast cancer during radiotherapy. All patients were randomly divided into two groups, patients in the experinment group were given psychological interference during radiotherapy, The scores of SAS and SDS of the experiment group were compared with these of the control group. Results The scores of SAS and SDS of the patients given nursing interference were significantly different from these of the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusions Nursing interference to patients of breast cancer during radiotherapy can release psychological burden, help patients complete the treatment smoothly, enhance the quality of life.
