摘 要:保证水平射孔段均匀吸汽,形成均衡合理的吸汽剖面,是水平井注蒸汽开采的关键技术之一。为此,根据沿注汽管柱长度方向流量分配均衡原则设计配注器+油管组合型注汽管柱,通过调节配注器的泄流孔密度,保证油套环空内各段的压力和流量相等,以达到均匀注汽的目的。建立了水平注汽管柱内汽、液两相流热动力学模型、配注器节流模型及储层吸汽模型,并将注汽段流量均匀分布作为目标函数,对注汽管柱的配注器数量、配注器泄流孔个数及布置形式等进行了数值仿真优化。该注汽管柱参数优化方法在胜利油田滨南采油厂进行了初步应用,达到了预期效果。Uniform steam injection profile in the horizontal perforated interval is critical to steam injection recovery with horizontal wells.According to the principle of uniform rate along the string,a combination type of steam injection string comprising flow regulator and tubing has been designed.The density of the orifice of the flow regulator can be adjusted to ensure uniform pressure and rate in tubing casing annulus.Thermodynamic model of steam-liquid two-phase flow,throttling model of flow regulator,and reservoir steam entry model have been built for the horizontal steam injection section.The uniform distribution of flow rate at steam injection section is taken as an objective function.Numerical simulation optimization has been conducted for the number of flow regulators and the number and arrangement of orifices.This optimization method of steam injection string has been applied in Shengli Oilfield and attained expected result.
