摘  要:目的观察不同麻醉深度下大鼠脑内神经递质功率和脑电熵值的变化。方法本研究用脑涨落图仪(EFG)分析了大鼠在逐渐加深的水合氯醛麻醉过程中脑内神经递质功率、脑电熵值的变化。结果随着麻醉程度的加深,脑内6种神经递质的功率逐渐减小,熵值逐渐升高。说明随着麻醉深度的增加,大脑的功能逐渐降低,有序度也逐渐降低。结论神经递质功率和熵值能够准确反映麻醉深度的变化,脑涨落图仪可作为麻醉深度监测的新方法。Objective Investigation of the changes between the power of neurotransmitter and entropy under different doses of anesthetization. Meth otis By gradually increasing the degree of anesthetization, study on the changes between the power of neurotransmitter and entropy by brain of encephalofluctuograph. Results With the increasing degree of anesthetization, the power of six neurotransmitter gradually decreased,entropy gradually increased,suggesting brain' function gradually decreased with the degree of anesthetization incresing. Conclusions Power and entropy of neurotransmitter can reflect the change of degree of anesthetization.
