摘　　要：用基准值和耗差分析结果实时指导运行,提高运行人员操控水平;用可控耗差对机组运行进行实时绩效考评,通过实时激励有效提高运行人员积极性,使监盘质量大幅提升,系统已在多个电厂使用,起到了提高电厂运行管理水平、降低电厂能耗、提高经济效益的作用。Use design value, experiment value, experience value, automatically optimization value to calculate basis value of parameter, and provide a flexible configuration method to adjust basis value constantly, it can improve the accuracy of calculation of basis value. Use basis value and energy-loss Analysis to guide operation real-timely, it can improve operation quality. Controllable energy-loss can evaluate operation performance real-timely, enhance the enthusiasm of operator effectively by inspiritment, find the security hidden trouble in good time, and adjust unit to run under optimization status. The software has been put in use at many power plants. It can improve the operation management level, reduce the energy consumption, and achieve remarkable economic profit and social profit.
