摘　　要：和谐前提下的盈利是景区经营管理的理想模式,纵观红色旅游景区生命周期各个阶段推进,都有赖于相关经济主体的权益分配均衡。探讨红色旅游景区利益相关者在生命周期不同阶段中如何通过博弈保持动态平衡,通过构建共赢模式保障价值链流程通达,实现景区各利益相关者经济利益同时不断优化环境,促进社会和谐。Based on primary stakeholder through value flow building famous resorts in old revolutionary base area, is the ideal model for the business and management in these resorts. Promotional phase of each lifecycle in the famous resorts in old revolutionary base area depend on balance distribution of rights and benefits of the economic main body. Discuss on how the stakeholders keep dynamic balance through gaming in different phases of lifecycle in the famous resorts in old revolutionary base area, guarantee the smooth value chain flow through constructing win-win model, and constantly landscape the environment while realizing economic benefit of stakeholder and therefore promote harmony of the society.
