生姜液预防日本血吸虫尾蚴感染的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨生姜液预防日本血吸虫尾蚴感染的效果以及对皮肤的毒副作用。方法:A组(n=24)小鼠皮肤涂抹生姜液后直接用日本血吸虫尾蚴感染,B组(n=24)小鼠皮肤涂抹生姜液用泥浆水洗擦后感染日本血吸虫尾蚴,观察防护作用。另以生姜液涂于小鼠腹部,观察对皮肤的毒副作用。结果:A组小鼠日本血吸虫尾蚴的感染率为18.18%,减虫率达95.99%;B组小鼠感染率为80.95%,减虫率为4.55%。小鼠皮肤未见异常反应。结论:生姜液涂肤未洗擦时有防御日本血吸虫感染的作用,且对皮肤无明显毒副作用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Ginger liquid on the prevention of infection from the Schistosoma Japonicum Cercariae and the side effect of skin.Methods:The protection of infection was observed in A group mice which spread the ginger liquid on skin directly with the Schistosoma japonicum cercariae infection,B group mice spread the ginger liquid on skin with the Schistosoma japonicum cercariae infection after the earthy water washes and rubs.In addition,the ginger liquid were spread on the mice abdomen and the side effect of skin was observed.Results:the Schistosoma japonicum cercariae infection rates of A group mice were 18.18%;the worm reduction rates of mice were 95.99%;the Schistosoma japonicum cercariae Infection rates of B group mice were 80.95%;the worm reduction rates of mice were 4.55%.The mice skin was not seen to be exceptionally responded.Conclusion: Ginger liquid has the prevention of infection resulting from Schistosoma Japonicum Cercariae before it is washed and rubbed,causing no side effect to the skin.
