摘 要:油田开发中后期,油气井高含水是一个不可避免的问题。通过岩心驱替试验,研究了一种超分子阳离子聚合物的控水性能。结果表明,该聚合物水溶液配制方便,将粉末状态的聚合物配制成1500mg/L的水溶液仅需2h。该聚合物溶液注入性能和控水性能好,1500mg/L的聚合物水溶液注入岩心时,阻力系数为25.09,残余阻力系数为11.55~15.31。该聚合物可耐温90℃,耐矿化度50000mg/L,其中Ca2+浓度为3603.6mg/L。该聚合物溶液对油相渗透率影响很小,并联岩心试验结果表明,对水、油相的残余阻力系数分别为12.85和1.23。High water cut production from oil and gas wells was an inevitable problem in mature oilfields.In order to control water production,a cationic polymer with high molecular weight as a relative permeability modifier for water control was studied through core flooding experiments.Laboratory data indicate that the water solubility and injectivity of the polymer were good at reservoir conditions.In core flooding testing,the polymer solution of 1500mg/L water can generate a residual resistance factor of 11.55~15.31.The polymer has excellent temperature resistance at 90℃ with water salinity resistance of 50000mg/L(Ca2+ concentration is 3603.6 mg/L).Parallel-core flooding testing data show that the residual factors for water and oil are 12.85 and 1.23,respectively,it indicates that the material has a good property for selective water control.
