参芪颗粒联合丝白祛斑软膏治疗黄褐斑临床观察

摘　　要：目的:评价参芪颗粒联合丝白祛斑软膏治疗黄褐斑的临床有效性和安全性。方法:将参加研究的患者随机分为两组,治疗组患者内服参芪颗粒,外用丝白祛斑软膏;治疗组口服维生素C200mg,维生素E100mg,外搽氢醌乳膏。两组用药均为2个月。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为80.77%、50.28%,两组比较具有显著差异(χ2=8.19,P<0.05),且不良反应轻微。结论:参芪颗粒联合丝白祛斑软膏治疗黄褐斑疗效显著,且不良反应轻微,值得临床推广。Objective ： Effect and safety of ShenQi granular formulation and Sibaiquban Ointment in treatment of Chloasma. Methods： Patients were divided into two groups randomly, treatment goup and control group. Patients of treatment group took ShenQi granular formulation for oral administration and Sibaiquban Ointment for external application. Patients of treatment group took Vitamine C 200 mg, Vitamine E 100mg for oral administration and Hydroquinone cream for external application. All drugs were administrated for 2 monthes. Results： The total effective rate of two groups were 80.77%,50.28% respectively, there were significant difference between two groups （ X 2=8.19, P〈0.05 ）, and also there were mild adverse reactions. Conclusion： Significant therapeutic effects and mild adverse reactions of ShenQi granular formulation and Sibaiquban Ointment in treatment of Chloasma are produced, so the combination treatment is worth popularizing.
