苏丹红对高血脂小鼠体内脂肪的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察苏丹红对高血脂小鼠体内脂肪的影响。方法:用高低两个剂量苏丹红水提液对高血脂模型小鼠灌胃,测量小鼠血清胆固醇、肝脏甘油三酯等含量及肝脏外观。结果:高低剂量苏丹红组小鼠的血清胆固醇显著升高,低剂量组小鼠肝脏甘油三酯含量显著升高、肝脂肪样变率显著降低,高剂量组小鼠肝脏甘油三酯含量无明显升高、肝脂肪样变率显著升高。结论:苏丹红能促进小鼠体内脂肪的吸收,但对小鼠体内脂肪的代谢呈现剂量相关的双向性。Objective：Investigate the effect of roselle calyx on the fat in vivo of Jimpy mice. Methods： Administer the model Jimpy mice of hyperlipemia with the high and low dose water solution of roselle calyx respectively,measure the SC,TG,and observe the appearance of liver.Results：In the high dose experiment group,there is significant rise of SC and the rate of liver lipoid degeneration,no significant rise of TG in the high dose experiment group,there is a significant rise of TG,and a significant reduce in the rate of liver lipoid degeneration. Conclusions： The roselle calyx can promote the Abs of the fat in Jimpy mice.As to the fat metabolism in Jimpy mice,the roselle calyx has comprehensive effects which depend on dose.
