摘　　要：针对传统便携式振动测试仪测量精度低,动态范围小,功耗大等缺点,采用24位高精度∑-△型A/D转换器ADS1274和数字信号处理器TMS320VC5502构建了一个模式可控的高精度数据采集系统。该系统可实现24位精度、4通道同步数据采集,最高采样频率可达128KS/s,并能动态控制A/D转换器的工作模式。实验结果表明,该系统设计既具有低功耗、高精度和宽动态范围等优点,又具有良好的应用前景。Aiming at the disadvantage of the medieval portable vibration test equipment,such as low measurment precision,narrow dynamic range and high-power, a model-controllable, high-precision data acquistion system is designed.Using the 24-Bit, high-precision ∑-△ type ADC ADS1274 and TMS320VC5502 DSP.This system can realize 24-bit precision,4-channel synchronized data acquisition,up to 128KS/s sampling rate,and can dynamic control operation model of ADS1274.Results show that this system features low-power, high precision and wider dynamic range.So it has good application foreground.
