摘 要:文章分析了两种高能点火药剂对炸药燃烧转爆轰的影响因素、点火药剂使不同炸药燃烧转爆轰的极限药量以及燃烧转爆轰的时间。试验表明,在加强约束条件下,使压药压力为13.8MPa的太安燃烧转爆轰,极限药量HGL为600mg、LYF为600mg;使黑索今燃烧转爆轰,HGL极限药量为600mg,LYF为610mg。LYF点火药使太安燃烧转爆轰的时间为4.6m s^7.1m s,平均为5.8m s;使黑索今燃烧转爆轰爆轰时间5.2m s^7.2m s,平均为6.18m s。In this paper, some influence factors of two high-energy ignition compositions on combustion to detonation transformation of explosives were studied. The ultimate mass and time of transformation were found. Experiment results showed that under the condition of thick confined copper pipe and with the pressure less than 13.8MPa, PETN transformed from combustion to detonation with HGL 600rag and LYF 600rag. , while for RDX they were 600rag and 610rag respectively. The time of PETN transformed from combustion to detonation by LYF was 4.6 - 7. lms with an average of 5.8ms, while that of RDX was 5.2 -7.2ms with an average 6- 18ms.
