摘 要:高速切削钢件的时候,切削温度高达800—1 000℃,扩散磨损成为硬质合金刀具的一个主要磨损原因。从热力学的角度研究硬质合金刀具扩散磨损规律,利用硬质合金组分中4个碳化物的标准生成热及其不同温度下的相对焓值计算它们的绝对焓值,计算4种碳化物在不同温度下分解溶入铁中的浓度值,用吉布斯自由能判据分析高温下扩散反应发生的规律,实验结果与理论分析吻合较好,研究结果对刀具材料的研究和设计提供参考。Cutting temperature always reaches to 800-1 000 ℃ during high speed cutting steels with carbide tools. Diffusion wear is the main wear mechanism at such high temperature. In this paper, the rules of diffusion wear for carbide tool is researched based on thermodynamic. The absolute enhalthies at different temperature are firstly calculated according to their rdarive enhalthies and standard heats for four types of carbides which are the main components in carbide tool. Dissolution concentrations in iron of four types of carbides at different temperature are then calculated; meanwhile the diffusion reaction rules in high temperature were analyzed by using Gibbs free energy criterion, it was found that the theoretical results was uniform with the experimental data. The results can provide references for tool material design and selection.
