基于Vague集和混合集成算子的群决策研究

摘　　要：在定义了属性值和属性权重都为Vague值的模糊数加权算数集成算子(VWAA)、有序加权集成算子(VOWA)以及融合这二者优点的混合集成算子(VHA)的基础上,根据Vague值的运算规则,给出3种算子计算公式,然后利用记分函数给出了基于混合集成算子(VHA)的多属性群决策的方法和决策步骤,最后结合案例说明了基于混合集成算子(VHA)的多属性群决策方法的有效性和优越性。On the basis of defining weighted aggregation operators based on vague value（VWAA）, Ordered Weighted Aggregation operators based on vague value（VOWA） and hybrid integrated operator （VHA） that combine VWAA and VOWA operators＇ merits, which their attribute value and attribute weights are also Vague value. According to the operation rules of the vague value, the operation equations of the three operations are given. By using the score function, this paper presents the multi-attribute group decision making method and processes based on VHA operator are presented. At last, a case is used to express the validity and advantage of the decision making method.
