摘　　要：本文结合半导体致冷这一特定器件，通过实验，确定了给具有一定热源物体降温的条件。从而对其测温、控制电路的工作原理进行了较详细的分析。给出了一些必要的波形图和参数计算公式，具有一定的实用价值．In the light of the specific semicondnctor refrigeration device, the condition that the temperature of on object is decreased is detemined with experiments in As paper. The working principle of the controlling circuit and its temperature measuremen are analysed in delail. Some necessary wave pictures and computing parameter formula are als o given, which are characteristic of practical valiues,
