色母料对硅烷交联电缆热延伸的影响

摘　　要：本文通过理论及试验数据分析认为,硅烷交联聚乙烯色母料的选材和工艺配比对绝缘的热延伸即交联性能有很大的影响,色母料加入量越小,配方越纯,硅烷交联绝缘热延伸水平越好。Theory and analysis of the test data showed that the type of colour masterhatch and formulation of Si-XLPE have great influence on the hot set property, i. e. crosslinking property, of the insulation. The less the addition of eolour masterbatch is, the purer the formation is, the better the hot set property of Si-XLPE insulation will be.
