摘  要:文章根据生物矿化原理,以PSSS(聚苯乙烯磺酸钠)为基质,采用碳酸氢铵挥发CO2,扩散至CaCl2溶液中合成碳酸钙晶体,讨论了反应时间、pH值、温度、PSSS质量浓度和CaCO3浓度对产物晶型及形貌的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射仪和红外吸收光谱等手段对所得产物进行表征。结果表明,文章合成了不同形貌的碳酸钙晶体,而且发现相对于其他因素,反应时间和温度对碳酸钙晶型和形貌影响不大。A carbonation route for synthesizing CaCO3 particles was described via PSSS inducing process here. In this study, the crystallization method involved the slow infusion of CO2 (generated by the sublimation of ammonium bicarbonate) into an aqueous solution of calcium chloride. The as-pre- pared products were characterized with SEM, XRD and FTIR. The effects of the aging time, pH, temperature, and concentration of PSSS and CaCO3 on the crystal form and morphologies of the asprepared CaCO3 were investigated. Various morphologies of CaCO3, such as plates, rhombohedras, rectangles and spheres, can be obtained depending on the experimental conditions. It was found that in comparison with other parameters the aging time and temperature influenced the polymorphs and morphologies of CaCO3 little. This simple route might open opportunity to synthesis and the study of other novel inorganic materials.
