摘  要:采用水热合成法制备4A分子筛,系统考察了合成过程中水热合成条件对4A分子筛晶化的影响。应用XRD和SEM测试手段对产物的晶体类型和结晶粒度进行表征。结果表明SiO_2/Al_2O_3和Na_2O/SiO_2及反应时间主要影响产物的晶体类型,而碱度、温度对结晶粒度影响较大。4A zeolite was synthesized by hydrothcrmal method. The effect of synthesis conditions on the 4A zeolite crystallization was researched systematically during the preparation. Morphology and grain size were characterized by X--ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). It is showed that the crystal phase is highly affected by the molar ratio of SiO2 to Al2O3, the molar ratio of Na2O to SiO2 and reaction time, and the crystal size is affected by the alkalinity and temperature.
