摘 要:利用甘蔗渣烧碱法制浆废液经浓缩后与甲醛进行羟甲基化反应,羟甲基化制浆废液与三聚氰胺树脂进行缩聚,缩聚产物用作造纸生产浆内增强剂。对羟甲基化和缩聚反应的条件、废液增强剂对纸张物理性能的影响进行探讨。结果表明,废液增强剂用量为绝干纸浆6%时,可提高纸张的抗张强度30%,湿强度26%。甘蔗渣制浆废液增强剂是一种具有较大开发前景的纸张浆内添加剂。研究成果可有效地利用废液中的有机物,同时可减轻制浆废液对环境的污染,减少资源的浪费。A new kind of paper strengthening agents was prepared by using the black liquid from the bagasse pulp. Black liquid was hydroxymethylated with formaldehyde, then grafted the product with the melamine. The reacting condition of hydroxymethylating and grafting reaction were studied, furthermore, the properties of black liquid and the effects of black liquid on the physical properties of paper were also investigated. The results showed when the proportion of black liquid strengthening agent was 6% of the absolute dried pulp, it could increase 30% of the paper tensile strength, 26% of the paper wet strength. Furthermore, the new strengthening agent enjoys the good quality, and it is valuable. Therefore, the research results could use the organic compounds in the black liquids effectively, and provide a new method for reducing environmental pollution.
