摘　　要：介绍了中间包气幕挡墙的工作机理,分析了气幕挡墙对中间包内钢水流场和夹杂物的影响,气幕挡墙的位置和吹气量等对其冶金效果会产生显著的影响,认为设计合理的气幕挡墙可以改善中间包内钢水的流场,延长钢水停留时间利于夹杂物的上浮。另外,通过微气泡的吸附作用50μm以下的夹杂物去除概率明显增加。The mechanism of gas curtain in tundish was introduced. The effect of the gas curtain on the flow fields of molten steel in the tundish and the inclusion movement was analyzed. The gas flow rate and gas blowing position can affect the metallurgy effect of the gas curtain remarkably. The flow fields of molten steel in the tundish can be reformed effectly by the gas curtain which is logical designed, and the residence time of molten steel in tundish increase. They are favourable for the removal of the inclusions in the steel. The removal rate of the 〈 50μm inclusions increase remarkably by the sorption of the weeny air bladder.
