莱钢板坯连铸机扇形段辊堆焊修复的实践

摘　　要：莱钢对连铸辊采用明弧堆焊修复,消除了辊表面皮下裂纹,硬度提高了一倍以上,表面粗糙度达到0.8～1.6,高温红硬性和高温耐腐蚀性能都有了明显提高。Practice of roll deposit welding repairing on sections of the secondary cooling zoon in slab caster of Laiwu Steel was introduced. Subsurface cracking of rolls was eliminated. Hardness of roll surface was enhanced by two times over. Surface roughness was measured as 0.8 - 1.6. Besides, properties like red -hardness and corrosion resistance at high temperature were improved clearly.
