广西产美味猕猴桃根醋酸乙酯部位化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究广西产美味猕猴桃根醋酸乙酯部位的化学成分。方法用色谱法分离,用波谱方法及理化性质鉴定结构。结果从美味猕猴桃根醋酸乙酯部位中分离鉴定了3个化合物:分别鉴定为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ),熊果酸(Ⅱ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅲ)。结论化合物Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract in the roots of Actinidia deliciosa C. F. Liang et A. R. Ferguson in Guangxi. Methods Chromatographic methods were used to isolate compounds from ethyl acetate extract in the roots of Actinidia deliciosa C. F. Liang et A. R. Ferguson and chemical and spectral methods were used to elucidate the structures of the isolated compounds. Results Three compounds were identified as β - sitosterol （ Ⅰ ）, ursolic acid （ Ⅱ ） , Daucosterol （ Ⅲ ） Conclusion Compound Ⅱ was obtained from the plant for the first time.
