摘  要:目的考查姜黄素对家鸭脂肪肝模型肝脂、血脂的干预效果,并研究其作用机制。方法复制家鸭脂肪肝模型,并用姜黄素进行干预,考查肝脂、血脂、肝脂酶、肝病理变化、一般情况,并进行统计分析。结果姜黄素具有降低家鸭脂肪肝模型肝TG、血TG、体重、肝指数,改善肝组织病理的作用,其中高、中剂量组显著低于模型组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。姜黄素有升高家鸭脂肪肝模型肝脂酶的作用,其中高剂量组显著高于模型组(P<0.05)。结论姜黄素具有降低家鸭脂肪肝模型肝脂、血脂的作用,且具有剂量依赖性。其作用机制可能与增加肝脂酶活性,促进脂质代谢,保护肝细胞有关。Objective To observe the interventional effects of curcumin on liver lipid and serum lipid in a model ducks with fatty liver and its mechanism. Methods Duck model with fatty liver was established firstly. After treatment with curcumin,liver lipid , serum lipid, hepatic lipase, hepatic pathological changes and the general physical state were observed in model duck. Resuits Compared with the model group , high and medium dose of curcumin could obviously decrease liver triglyceride, serum triglyceride, the body weight, liver index and ameliorate liver pathological changes of model ducks. (P 〈 0. 01 ,P 〈 0.05 ). Compared with the model group , high dose of curcumin could obviously increase the HL activities of model ducks, (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Curcumin may decrease liver lipid , serum lipid in a dose - dependent manner and the therapeutic mechanism may be related to Improving the HL activities ,increasing lipid metabolism and protecting hver ceils.
