空心莲子草正丁醇部位高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的建立空心莲子草正丁醇部位的高效液相色谱(HPLC-ELSD)指纹图谱。方法HPLC-ELSD法测定,流动相为乙腈-水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml.min-1,蒸发光散射(ELSD)检测器,柱温35℃。结果运用梯度洗脱能较好的分离空心莲子草正丁醇部位化合物;经方法学考察,HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱具有良好的重复性,初步建立了以12个共有峰为特征指纹信息的HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱。结论建立的空心莲子草正丁醇部位的HPLC-ELSD指纹图谱分析法可为空心莲子草的质量评价提供参考。Objective To establish the HPLC - ELSD of n - butylol froution of Altemanthera philoxeroide. Methods The gradient elution was adopted with a mixture consisting of acetonitrile and water, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min^ -1, and the detector was ELSD. Results The constituents of Altemanthera philoxeroide were well separated on HPLC and the HPLC -FPC of 10 batches of samples was established. The results showed that this method had a good repeatability and the 12 common peaks had an exclusive properties. Conclusion The method developed can supply the reference for the quality evaluation of Altemanthera philoxeroide.
